Awesome Taco Stand

Here's another random rave: Diego's Tacos in Las Vegas. Around the corner from the Desert Rock Sports, in the back of a mini-mart. Not exactly where you'd expect a fantastic restaurant, but we've been twice now and both times the food was excellent. And this time Megan (who's just getting over a nasty cold) had a little coughing fit and the owner gave her a bottle of water and teased her about how "the food's not really that spicy". Very friendly folks. And lunch for 2 was $7!
